Starts out with open sweeping corners through the fields, then dives into the forest for a series of twisty corners (including a few treacherous ones that are tighter than you might think). Then goes out into the hilly fields again for another fast section. The starting point is a nice touristy town, the end point is a village just off the main road between Riga and Tartu/St. Petersburg.

Fun fact: before the road got a good tarmac surface, when it was still mostly gravel, one particularly evil corner had signs with the phone numbers of local tow trucks nailed to the walls.
